We happily offer free shopping on all of our Karaoke machines! All orders are shipped from Markham, ON. If you'd like to pick them up locally within the GTA, please email us and we can arrange for it. 

We always aim to get your order to you as fast as possible so we use a variety of carriers depending on where you located. Please allow for 2 business for your orders to be processed and shipped. nd once it is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delays can happen, however we will try to keep you updated with the latest information!

Returns

In order to prevent abuse, there will be no refunds or exchanges on Karaoke machines. Each product is inspected and tested before they are shipped to ensure they are in working, functional form.

Damages and issues
